- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and proper service techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
