Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies to facilitate program execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budget utilization to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all program activities and outcomes.
- Conduct training and briefings for staff and stakeholders regarding program guidelines and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in program management, project coordination, or government service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
- Knowledge of civil service rules, regulations, and procedures is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
