Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and strategic partners within the real estate sector.
- Represent the company brand at various corporate events, networking functions, and public engagements.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and pitch project proposals and business plans.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on market analysis, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Manage and update CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Support the sales team in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the progress of assigned projects to ensure alignment with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest or experience in the Real Estate and Property industry is a significant plus.
- Availability for a 6-week internship program.
