Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for wellness and F&B initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against KPIs, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Implement quality assurance protocols for wellness programs and F&B operations
- Manage stakeholder communications through regular reporting and progress meetings
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in wellness, F&B, or luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding IDR 1 billion
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Indonesian wellness industry trends and F&B regulations
