Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic property management plans to maximize asset value and ROI
- Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, and administrative functions
- Manage stakeholder relationships with unit owners, tenants, and service providers
- Ensure strict compliance with MCST by-laws and Singapore property regulations
- Prepare and manage property budgets while controlling operational costs
- Implement service improvement initiatives enhancing resident satisfaction
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for property services
- Monitor property performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience with MCST properties
- Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RMA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
- Proven experience in budget preparation and financial management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
