- Lead, train, and supervise a team of marketing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive property sales.
- Monitor team activities, including follow-ups and client engagement, to ensure optimal conversion rates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and operations departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Ensure all marketing materials and processes comply with company SOPs and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property marketing, real estate sales, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market in Batam and Kepulauan Riau.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets effectively.
