Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits for facilities and building services to ensure compliance with established standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems for all facility operations
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards across all properties
- Prepare detailed quality reports, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and management to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices in facility management
- Conduct regular facility maintenance checks and coordinate preventive maintenance programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC specifically for facilities or building services
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in quality management software, reporting tools, and facility management systems
- Singaporean or PR with valid work permit; valid Singapore driving license is advantageous
