In this role, you will ensure that all incoming goods match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications. You will maintain accurate records of all received items, coordinate with various departments to facilitate timely distribution, and report any discrepancies to the purchasing manager. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and preventing loss or damage of assets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and specifications
  • Maintain detailed records of all received items using inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate timely distribution of received items
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the purchasing manager immediately
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any receiving issues
  • Ensure all receiving procedures comply with company policies and industry standards
  • Prepare and submit receiving reports and documentation for accounting purposes

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receiving, inventory management, or procurement
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is an advantage
  • Ability to lift and move items as required by the job
