- Lead strategic business growth initiatives within the Bali region to expand market share
- Manage daily operations of PHS teams ensuring performance targets are met
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes for efficiency and quality
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders
- Oversee team development, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor KPIs and report on regional business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of driving business growth in regional markets
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making tools
