- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve growth targets for large farm clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across assigned territories to ensure performance excellence
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key agricultural stakeholders and farm cooperatives
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends, adjust strategies, and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with product development teams to align sales initiatives with market needs
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for senior leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in agricultural/fertilizer/animal feed sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance coaching
- Deep understanding of livestock farming operations and feed industry dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales analytics tools
