Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product to align on sales initiatives.
- Travel within the region to meet clients and attend trade shows or networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in regional sales or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the local market in Calabarzon is highly preferred.
