Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new hotel/accommodation partners in Kuching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the hospitality sector.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability for both parties.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure partner properties meet OYO quality standards.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Organize and participate in networking events to expand the OYO brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, hospitality sales, or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within Sarawak.
- Fluency in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
