Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and engage potential students through various digital channels including phone, email, and live chat
  • Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses based on career goals and aspirations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the academic team to provide accurate information about courses and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or related services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to address student concerns
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
