Clarivate is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Renewals Account Manager to join our expanding Intellectual Property (IP) team in Penang. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, driving revenue through strategic contract renewals and value realization. We are looking for a professional who excels at building long-term relationships and understands the nuances of the global IP landscape.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal conversations to maximize account value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with key stakeholders to proactively address client needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve complex client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Accurately forecast renewal dates, revenue pipelines, and manage administrative tasks within the CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Clarivate’s IP products and services to effectively demonstrate value to clients.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions, negotiations, and contract terms.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals, preferably within the SaaS, Information Services, or B2B software industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and retaining clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all organizational levels.
