Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies for Looker customers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at existing client accounts
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify renewal risks
  • Analyze customer usage data and business needs to demonstrate ROI and value of Looker solutions
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to provide technical insights and support during renewal discussions
  • Track and report on renewal pipeline, forecasting, and key performance metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or renewals with SaaS technology products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
  • Experience with data analytics, BI tools, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical value
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in English with excellent presentation and written communication skills
