- Design and execute plant biology experiments to generate high-quality genomic and phenomic datasets
- Develop AI algorithms and bioinformatics pipelines for crop trait analysis and yield prediction
- Analyze large-scale biological data using machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical agritech solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international scientific conferences
- Contribute to grant proposals and secure external funding for research initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise graduate student projects
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Plant Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered for Associate role)
- Strong expertise in plant molecular biology, genetics, and high-throughput sequencing technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and bioinformatics tools (BLAST, Bowtie, GATK)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for biological data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to publish in high-impact journals and secure research funding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of agricultural systems and crop improvement methodologies
