Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experimental protocols in plant molecular biology and metabolic analysis
- Conduct genomic, transcriptomic, and metabolomic profiling of plant species
- Develop and optimize plant transformation and gene editing techniques
- Analyze complex datasets using bioinformatics tools and statistical methods
- Collaborate with multinational research teams to achieve project milestones
- Prepare research manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications and grant proposals
- Maintain laboratory protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Plant Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Experience in plant tissue culture, genetic transformation, or metabolic engineering
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, sequencing)
- Strong data analysis skills with bioinformatics tools (R, Python, etc.)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
