- Design and execute advanced experiments in terahertz photonics, including wave generation, detection, and modulation techniques
- Develop theoretical models and simulations to optimize THz system performance and signal integrity
- Lead collaborative projects with industry partners to commercialize THz technologies for communications and sensing
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research funding through competitive grant applications and proposal development
- Mentor PhD students and junior researchers in experimental methodologies and research ethics
- Stay current with emerging THz technologies and contribute to the university's research strategy
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with THz specialization
- Proven expertise in terahertz experimental techniques, including time-domain spectroscopy
- Strong background in electromagnetic theory, wave propagation, and photonic device design
- Experience with THz system integration, RF circuit design, and signal processing
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier photonics/THz journals
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., CST, Lumerical, COMSOL) and programming (Python/MATLAB)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
