- Lead R&D of novel quantum sensor prototypes for defence and security applications
- Design and execute quantum coherence experiments in controlled laboratory environments
- Develop theoretical models to optimize quantum sensor sensitivity and reliability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate quantum sensors into operational systems
- Secure competitive research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships
- Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor graduate researchers and contribute to quantum technology curriculum development
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Physics, Quantum Engineering, or related field with focus on quantum technologies
- Strong publication record in quantum sensing or quantum measurement journals
- Expertise in quantum optics, superconducting circuits, or NV-center technologies
- Proven experience with cryogenic systems and low-noise measurement equipment
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and data analysis frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
