We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, managing complex reservation requests and ensuring every interaction is seamless, personalized, and memorable.
Your primary objective will be to maintain the highest levels of accuracy in booking management while actively contributing to the hotel's revenue growth through strategic upselling and efficient service delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end reservation process, handling high-volume phone calls and email correspondence with grace and efficiency. Collaboration is at the heart of our operations; you will work closely with the front office, housekeeping, and revenue management teams to ensure room readiness, accurate guest profiling, and a flawless stay experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels with precision and speed.
- Conduct upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and offer value-added services to guests.
- Utilize the Opera PMS (Property Management System) to maintain accurate guest data, preferences, and folio information.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping teams to ensure room availability and accurate check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle complex inquiries and special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, brand standards, and service protocols at all times.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
