Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff through training, performance evaluation, and team development
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through table service management and prompt issue resolution
  • Monitor operational metrics including table turnover rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service flow during peak hours
  • Implement and enforce health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
  • Assist in financial oversight including cash handling, expense reporting, and inventory reconciliation

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management/supervisory roles
  • Proven track record in high-volume dining environments
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and F&B operations
  • Singapore Work Permit or PR status required
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., NEA/HACCP standards)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
