In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations while mentoring staff to maintain our high service standards. You'll be responsible for optimizing table turnover, resolving guest inquiries, and implementing service protocols that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff through training, performance evaluation, and team development
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through table service management and prompt issue resolution
- Monitor operational metrics including table turnover rates, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service flow during peak hours
- Implement and enforce health/safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist in financial oversight including cash handling, expense reporting, and inventory reconciliation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management/supervisory roles
- Proven track record in high-volume dining environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and F&B operations
- Singapore Work Permit or PR status required
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., NEA/HACCP standards)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
