- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards
- Implement and maintain excellent customer service practices to enhance guest satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales performance and increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage budget effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
