Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of service staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and dining experience
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and menu execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Strong knowledge of European and Asian cuisines and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Valid food handler certification and knowledge of food safety regulations
