Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize costs.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce health and safety standards and ensure all food is prepared according to company specifications.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in analyzing daily sales and labor costs to achieve budget targets.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
