- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
- Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for the food and beverage industry
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language is advantageous
