Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize food waste to control costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist in creating staff schedules, rostering shifts, and managing time-off requests.
- Monitor daily financial reports, including cash handling and sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Valid food handling certificate (Served or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
