Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations to pet owners
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product freshness

- Assist with store cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in stock receiving and inventory management procedures

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
