Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently, accurately process transactions, and manage cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain store displays, and ensure cleanliness
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and receiving
- Actively drive sales through suggestive selling techniques and promotional awareness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
