- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product recommendations and detailed information regarding eyewear features, styles, and maintenance.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
