Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in stock receiving, replenishment, and loss prevention activities
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for animals and commitment to pet welfare standards
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
