- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations for pet food, accessories, and healthcare items
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, shelf organization, and stock rotation
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols
- Assist with promotional activities, displays, and seasonal product launches

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with retail or customer service experience preferred
