Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to pet owners
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Process customer orders and manage returns/exchanges
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for animals and pet care products
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
