- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection and inquiries.
- Stock shelves and display units with fresh products, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Adhere to strict attendance policies, including clocking in and out punctually for every shift.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and promotional materials as required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be punctual and reliable; lateness will result in rejection for the day.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to store operations.
