- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales assistance
- Manage sales transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Conduct inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Process product returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Participate in promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
