Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product selection and information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Proactively approach customers to offer assistance and suggest add-on products to drive revenue.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current promotions, to answer queries confidently.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
