- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Manage returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments with professionalism
- Maintain organized checkout areas and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with retail team to ensure seamless store operations and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while upholding brand standards
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
