Join PT. Andalan Gaya Bhakti Pratama as a Retail Channel Sales Manager and lead the growth of our lubricants, tires, and battery divisions in Banjarmasin. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies for lubricants, tires, and battery products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns in retail channels
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management across retail outlets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail sales management experience
- Proven track record in selling automotive products (lubricants/tires/batteries)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and manage sales teams
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan Selatan retail market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Proficient in sales analytics and performance reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
