As our Retail Sale Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our retail success by staying ahead of market trends, optimizing store operations, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service and products.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from RM 5,500 to RM 6,500 per month, along with additional benefits that recognize your contributions and support your professional growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the retail store
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Create an exceptional in-store customer experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in furniture retail
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and industry trends
