Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding travel needs and recommending appropriate Samsonite products
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and knowledge of features/benefits
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling complementary products
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display organization
- Implement promotional campaigns and achieve individual sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems
- Passion for travel and luggage products
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
