Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling opportunities
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, display maintenance, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and cleanliness
- Participate in store promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong communication skills
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
