Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Assist customers in locating products, explaining product features and benefits, and answering questions to facilitate purchasing decisions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
  • Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and fully stocked by restocking shelves and straightening displays according to company standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store environment at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team and fellow staff members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • No prior retail experience is required; full training is provided to successful candidates.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating retail software and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
