Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, determining their optical needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear frames and lenses based on style, comfort, and budget.
- Perform precise measurements of face shapes and bridge widths to ensure proper eyeglass fitting.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are organized and appealing.
- Provide basic lens cleaning and frame adjustment services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with the optical team to achieve monthly sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in optics or retail is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or optical assistance is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Attention to detail when measuring frames and processing orders.
