Reporting to the Regional Retail Director, you'll oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with retail standards. - Lead, train, and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences
- Analyze sales data to implement strategies for revenue growth and customer retention
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development plans
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory control
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
