Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
- Ensure compliance with company standards and retail industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in premium home decor or furniture
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale software
