- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Prepare and present customized non-life insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Conduct product training sessions for clients to enhance insurance literacy
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to explain complex products
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for client visits)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of non-life insurance products (property, casualty, liability)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
