- Conduct regular field visits and market research to identify and engage potential clients for Teacher’s Loan products.
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process, including document verification and client consultation.
- Monitor loan repayments and conduct payment follow-ups to ensure account health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Organize promotional activities and community events to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and update client databases accurately.
Kualifikasi
