Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical sales support for air handler products to customers and internal sales team
- Conduct customer consultations to analyze needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized technical proposals
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including specifications and drawings
- Train customers on product features, benefits, and proper installation
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong technical knowledge of air handler systems and components
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate to technical solutions
- Familiarity with HVAC industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in technical software and tools for design and analysis
