Leslie Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure operational excellence within the assigned trade area in Pagadian City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic leader for our sales operations, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals and managing key client relationships to maximize market share.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing aggressive sales strategies tailored to the local market dynamics of Zamboanga Del Sur. You will be responsible for mentoring sales staff, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong leadership capabilities, a results-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of the retail and trade landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned trade area through effective territory management.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional activities to capture market share.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the local market conditions in Zamboanga Del Sur is preferred.
