Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize product distribution in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Provide timely market feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail distribution
- Strong understanding of consumer products market dynamics
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Familiarity with Tegal regional market preferred
