Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business or retail is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
